The primary spreadsheet. It’s an important part of any primary, but ESPECIALLY mine. 🙂 I need those ducks in a row, in order to obtain my main primary objectives:
Feel the spirit
Share the gospel
Have Fun
I had wandered online looking for a copy of just such a handy document with no luck.
You can find it here. If you download it, you can bring it into excel and adjust it according to your needs.
It has all the sundays listed, as well as the sharing time topic, what lesson the teacher is on, etc. You would, obviously, have to adjust it a bit because of your own stake conference, etc.
We do teacher visits to each teacher/class on a rotating basis — just to see how each class is flowing and how we can best assit the teachers — you’ll see that as one of the collumns. I also like to put in any school breaks or things like that, just to give people who don’t have kids in school can remember those things.
I’d love to know if your primary has different collumns or other things hat helps it run more smoothly!
I hope it saves some people some time.
