Everyone enjoys books and I absolutely love the ideas in this book lovers gift guide. So many cool things (and Lara does love her books).
I thought this one for the family history buff was pretty interesting. Lots of cool ideas if you’d like to learn more about your roots.
And, this gift guide for the Busy Family will make your life easier! {imagine that!}

Gift Ideas for Women
In case you need a little inspiration to send your husband, I have some good options. Now, you might have a woman in your life that isn’t too proud to ask for a vacuum for Christmas — the homemaker gift guide is perfect for her! Maybe she’d love to get some tools that could make her life a little easier. I’ve got the gift guide for her. She’ll love how much easier cleaning, dinner prep, and household tasks are with these little goodies. Also, don’t miss my favorite mom tools. The modern homestead gift guide has a ton of cool products for around the home! And the penultimate one — my Mom Gifts for Christmas.
Maybe she could just use a break. Of course, there is one thing all moms REALLY want for Christmas – but if you don’t have any house elves handy, check out the overwhelmed moms gift guide.

Unique Gifts for Men
My husband loves the great outdoors so I specialize in the “man’s man” gift guide. Also, he wrote that because I have zero idea what to get him. I prefer a hotel if you know what I mean. 😉 But, there’s awesome stuff in that post. Sure to strike some ideas of your own!
Lara from OverStuffed had a great father’s day gift guide. Her husband’s a refined orchestra conductor so she has a lot of different ideas!
Friday we’re in love has some GREAT stocking stuffer ideas for the guys!
And, if your guy’s into cars — don’t miss the car guy’s gift ideas!
Gift Ideas for Kids
One of my biggest things with kids is that I hate buying them something, only to have to move around 1200 things in order to be able to store it. This year we’re really focusing on a clutter-free Christmas. In that post, I also give some good ideas if you’d like to buy a trip or another experience for your family in lieu of Christmas. It’s a GREAT post. I totally recommend it. Your organization skills will thank me on Christmas. 🙂 We did the same thing with our clutter-free Easter. Both of those posts have great gift ideas!
One of the most fun ways to spread Christmas cheer all year is to give kids subscriptions for Christmas. We got a few of these 9 subscriptions last year and it has given my daughter a lot of happiness (plus, we weren’t crowded with “stuff” at Christmas).
I absolutely love getting our kids games for Christmas. Gives us a lot of family time together. One of my favorite things. A lot of our favorites are Ravensburger, they’re often on sale around Christmas, so keep your eye out for them!
My friend Anette from A Typical Mom has a great age-based learning gift guide. TONS of great things to get the mind going. 🙂
When you live in the desert, it’s a great time to get kids outdoors. Loved all these ideas about getting them OUT of my house to enjoy the great outdoors so I can enjoy a little Christmas movie fest. 🙂
Love this toddler stem gift guide. So many fun products to get kids, besides a car or truck (or a doll). But, looking for girl specific — I have a ton of 4-year-old girl gift ideas.
And, don’t miss my gift guide for toddler girls.
Gift Ideas for Babies & New Parents
I don’t have one of these anymore either but I LOVE the idea of gifts that promote sleep. What a VERY thoughtful grandparent gift that would be! Camille has so many smart mom ideas (and an adorable baby who I have seen in person).
I also have a post all about unique gifts for baby boys.
Gift Ideas for Teen boys
Of course, I only have teen boys at my house, so I don’t specialize in teen girls (I’d just get them maxi pads and Kleenex, I guess). But I DO know boys. I’ve got a bunch of smarties at my house. I found a lot of great stuff for them last year.
My Pre-Engineering Teenage Tech Head gift guide has all the tech stuff that you don’t understand. But, I do know that I want him to support me someday — hopefully, all this tech gear will do just that!
Then, I have a pre-engineering tween who loves to build stuff and figure out how things go. I found a ton of totally awesome stuff for him. You’ll be set when you check out the Techno-tween gift guide. I really looked for stuff that would expand his brain, rather than sucking him into a screen. He does plenty of that on his own!
I love this Star Wars lover’s gift guide. So many cool products that boys will just love!
Of course, the holidays can be really tight. No reason to spend a billion dollars when just a few will do. Check out my guide to Christmas on a budget. I always feel SO much better when I don’t over-do it at the holidays. For many reasons. 🙂
Gift Ideas for Girls
I have had so much joy buying girls presents once I had our girl.
I absolutely had a blast buying little girl toys. There are so many ways to build imaginative play in these toys.
Now I have a little crafter. I think she wants washi tape and a Happy Planner for Christmas (just like her mom). I found so many awesome crafty things last year. She was absolutely thrilled and it was not expensive, at all. Happiness on a small budget is great (especially compared to the price of some of the teen boy things).
Teen Girls
I don’t have one of these, but Lara from Overstuffed has a great teenage girl gift guide. I know that teen girls are an enigma for a lot of us (me included) so this would be really great if you’re shopping for a niece or the like.
