Oh man peeps, I am just having a HARD Time. Last week I worked a TON and I didn’t do well. Sunday we had our final primary program practice, and I came home and ate like a pig.
And I really can’t beat myself up about it.
I did have my physical a few weeks ago and he was pretty adamant that I really didn’t need to lose weight. I am still wishing I was around 170… my genetic make-up may just not be a size 8…
Anyway, I am keeping on working out, and aiming for 25 weight watchers points/day. I was supposed to be 175 by the end of the month. I doubt I’ll make it, but I’ll keep trying. How are you doing?

you got it!! work those muscles! more muscle = faster metabolism. and that’s always a good thing
