None of us are growing full grown adults in one day — this is a process, and one that we’re always tweeking to make a little easier for all of us.
Here’s your chance to toot your own horn on something you did a little better this month (posts don’t have to be from the last month)! Blog about it (or even just comment below) and share with us some ways we can make ALL our jobs a little easier.
Because there is far too little bon bon eating around my house.
AM I RIGHT?
{to quote Tevia from Fiddler on the Roof} OF COURSE RIGHT!
There is plenty of time to make a great post to put here. It doesn’t close until Mid-May, and I will link up to this post often, as well as including my favorites in another most mid-May. 🙂
Grab a button if you’d like. I’d love to have lots of moms share great ideas {because I need more — say it with me BON-BON time!!!!}

What I would give to have a pantry like that. I actually have created an excel spreadsheet with every item that we purchase at the store (Walmart, Sam’s, Family $, $ Store, and a local grocery store in our city where we live). I have a master list (this includes supplies for cleaning and laundry) and I only add items to or change the regular price on the master list. I have the price for every item we purchase from each store we shop at. Once we finish a major shopping trip. I update the master list with new prices (I don’t decrease a price unless it has been at that lower price for 2 or more shopping trips) or new items that we bought on that particular trip. I then copy the new master list and start a new list for the next major shopping trip. This would be for things that we run out of during the month or that I need to try a new recipe. My spreadsheet has a place for my overall $ amount for the month. My totals for each store, has the sales tax built in, so I don’t go over budget. We do a major once a month shopping trip. It normally takes 3 of us approximately 4 hours to hit the 3 stores we use (and they are all within 3 miles of our house, so we are not spending much driving time of 4 hours).

Howdy would you mind letting me know which webhost you’re utilizing?
I’ve loaded your blog in 3 completely different browsers and I must say this blog loads a lot faster then most.
Can you recommend a good web hosting provider at a reasonable price?
Thank you, I appreciate it!
